The Jamil Shriners are committed to providing exceptional service and products. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for online transactions. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds related to online ticket sales, online orders, and other online transactions. This policy is designed to protect the interests of the Jamil Shriners including all associated Clubs and Units, Shriners International, Shriner's Children's Hospital, Intelligent Integration LLC, and any agent or member of the Jamil Shriners.
2. Online Ticket Sales
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.
Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
2.2 Refund Process:
Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to info@jamilshrinecenter.com.
Please include the order number, name, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
2.3 Exceptions:
In the event of event cancellation or significant changes in the event schedule initiated by the Jamil Shriners, full refunds will be issued automatically.
3. Online Orders (Merchandise)
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests for merchandise must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
3.2 Refund Process:

Include the order number, item description, and reason for the return.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
3.3 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Jamil Shriners error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Other Online Transactions
4.1 Donations:
Donations to Jamil Shriners, Shriners International, and Shriner's Children's Hospital are non-refundable.
4.2 Membership Dues:
Membership dues are non-refundable once processed.

The Jamil Shriners reserve the right to refuse a refund request if fraud or abuse is suspected.
